PI51937: DB2 LIKE OPERATOR IS NOT ADDED INTO NATIVE SQL WHERE CLAUSE ( JUST ON DB2/Z )

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• DB2 like operator is not added into Native SQL where clause (
  just on DB2/z ).
  
   IBM Cognos SQL have like operator inside where clause
  but
  
  NativeSQL does not have it which is is the issue
  

Local fix

• workaround was to change the Native SQL manually but customer
  cannot do that for all the reports.
  
  customer has hundreds of reports in place already migrated from
  10.2.1
