Error description

• A time differential is observed within a RUI application where
  it implements a service call to a service which requires a time
  variable as the applicable variable is offset with two hours
  when it arrives to the server.
  
  Deploying, running the main RUI handler from this application
  and then selecting the "Use deployed version" for Interface
  Mapping option results in the browser view returning the correct
  time from the service but the console view coming from WebSphere
  server returns a time of 2 hours less.
