Error description

• The issue is observed when opening a RUI handler which contains
  a DojoTimeTextBox in preview mode and then choosing a time in
  the dropdown time field which is then output as expected when
  selecting the associated DojoButton.
  Thereafter clearing this field by deleting the initial value and
  selecting the DojoButton once again the previously chosen time
  value is still returned.
