PI51584: NO DATA CONTROL WHEN USING IMPORT GENERAL LEDGER

Error description

• The issue is that it is possible to use non activated currency
  codes when importing a journal with general ledger of journals.
  In my testcase I used an EUR company and tested with different
  trans currencies codes. It works as it should with example SEK
  which is an activated currency code. It works also with ARP
  which is not an activated code and the customer thinks this is
  not validated properly. The validation discarded  the journal
  when I tested with a non existing code AAA.
  

Local fix

• Workaround: If the currency code have never been activated, the
  currency code can be removed.
