PI50846: REPORT FAILS WITH XQE-PLN-0020 THE V5 QUERY COULD NOT BE PLANNED BY THE QUERY SERVICE

Error description

• Executing a report containing a union with Save the report fails
  with the following error:
  XQE-PLN-0020 The V5 Query could not be planned by the Query
  Service. The 'CogMDXNest' node is invalid for the OLAP
  Transformation Library and the Query Service Planner is
  currently not able to resolve it.
  

Local fix

• Execute the report within a job or disable "Prompt for values"
  at runtime.
