Error description

• When performing highly parallel build processes in IBM Rational
  ClearCase dynamic views (> 400 simultaneous compile/link
  sessions) on a single ClearCase client, the MultiVersion
  FileSystem (MVFS) driver may encounter a fault condition and
  initiate a "Stop" event, also referred to as a "BSOD."
  
  Analysis of the dump files shows that the IRP stack is corrupted
  and is under investigation.
  
  This generally does not occur in less highly-loaded
  environments.

Problem conclusion

• A synchronization defect in the ClearCase MVFS filesystem has
  been fixed in versions 8.0.0.18, 8.0.1.11, and 9.0.0.1.
