Error description

• In RPP 9.1.2 , if the user sets "Ignore comments" during
  validation of migrated code from VisualAge Pacbase code,
  then generated code will lose the comments.
  
  This also prevents user to generate their programs successfully.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The default preference option "Ignore comments" (from        *
  * Pattern Driven Programming/Pacbase Patterns) will remove all *
  * comments in the graphical user interface of the COBOL        *
  * comparison tool. As the same graphical tool is used for the  *
  * validation process, all COBOL validated with this tool will  *
  * lose the comments. This also will prevents user to           *
  * re-generate their programs successfully because micropattern *
  * declarations will be lost.                                   *
