Error description

• Linux only - "mfp cordova create" generates two config.xml
  files: config.xml and Config.xml, confusing the builder during
  build.
  This affects Linux only.

Problem conclusion

• After applying this fix, perform the following steps for all MFP
  Cordova applications.  Delete the Config.xml file (upper case
  'C'), issue 'mfp push' to update the config.xml with the current
  configuration values, and then re-build the application.
