APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You will see agents display the offline state, but they will
  pass a connectivity test and can be restarted. This is due to
  the agent being configured to fail over between two servers or
  relays.
  
  To diagnose this, enable topology debug logging on the server,
  by adding the following string in Settings > Logging:
  log4j.logger.com.urbancode.air.agent_topology=DEBUG
  The inspect the server log, and look for agents that are
  following this pattern: connect connect disconnect.
  When this happens, the agent is online but is shown as offline.
  

Local fix

• Restarting the relay or server may temporarily fix the problem.
