Problem summary

• The parameter order for inserting a row into the DMH_JOB_STEP
  table was incorrect. The MEMBER_ID and EP_SYMBOL_ID parameters
  were swapped, resulting in incorrect PROC names to be displayed
  on the Batch job details page, for example.
  

Problem conclusion

• The table insert has been corrected.
  Note: Any Batch jobs exhibiting this behavior must be
  reanalyzed in order to update the asset's metadata.
