PI49492: PARSING ERROR BECAUSE OF DECIMAL DATATYPE AND ODBC DATASOURCE

Error description

• A report fails with QE-DEF-0260  Parsing error for a filter
  definition. This postulates:
  - an ODBC datasource connection
  - a decimal datatype is used as Business Key and the dimension
  is used in the filter condition
  - the report is executed in a language, having a comma as
  decimal separator, ie. Russian or German
  

Local fix

• Resolve the datatype of the business key to be integer. Please
  note, that this will change the member unique name, so
  additional adjustments to reports might be required.
  or
  Perform adjustments to the filter definition, ie. filter on the
  caption instead.
