  When a SVRCONN channel is processing messages on behalf of a
  client, an internal MQRC_SIGNAL_OUTSTANDING reason code
  may be incorrectly handled. When attempting to notify the
  client of the error, the callback area may contain
  uninitialized data which causes the rstConsumer code to
  FFST or abend S0C4.

  correctly handled.
