Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND04E RC00E30001 from DSNTLDU        *
  *                      OFFSET06CC during deallocation of a     *
  *                      utility during a -STOP DB2,MODE(FORCE)  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *
  ****************************************************************
  Multiple utilities were to be run consecutively in the same job
  step.  While one utility was terminating, a -STOP DB2,
  MODE(FORCE) was issued.  The processing of this -STOP command
  caught the terminating utility in a small window that ended up
  skipping the release of the UID lock.  The deallocation
  process of the utility eventually abended with ABEND04E
  RC00E30001 at DSNTLDU+x'06CC' when attempting to free the
  remaining lower level locks while still holding the UID lock.
  This abend occurred while the deallocation process was in a
  must-complete state which resulted in DB2 abnormally
  terminating.
  

Problem conclusion

• Utility termination code has been changed to release the UID
  lock when in between consecutive utility executions and a -STOP
  DB2,MODE(FORCE) has been issued.
