Error description

• This APAR is from ER#38404, dev team requested to open APAR.
  
  Problem description:
  
  in EGL, a large valid decimal value will cause overflow when
  passed into EGL web service.
  
  Client's issue can be reproduced  by following steps:
  
  1. Create a web service Service5 , then define a parameter d1
  (d1 decimal(17,2)).
  
  2. Create a RUI page TestS5, then call service Service5 .
  
          d1 decimal(17,2) = 99999999999999.99;
          service5 Service5{@BindService {}};
                  call service5.add1(d1)
                          returning to getService5CallBack
                  onException handleException;
  
  3) when access the RUI page and call webs service, in program we
  used valid value 99999999999999.99, but it will cause
  overflow,the exception is:
  
  An exception has occurred: [CRRUI3655E] error when process
  response object: "[CRRUI2018E] overflow when assign
  1000000000000000.00 to type decimal".
