Error description

• When setting the package filter to a higher log verbosity than
  the config log verbosity, the logs do not show up in the
  Analytics console

Problem conclusion

• The iOS Logger was fixed so that when a level filter is set for
  a given package, logs associated with that package will show up
  as long as they are less that or equal to the verbosity of the
  package filter.
