Error description

• The following message is written to the Client daemon error
  log: CCL9126E Required message queue (key 0xnnnnnnnn) already
  exists, will not reuse CCL1048E Error in function 'FaarqStart'
  (Error Code = -3) CCL1048E Error in function
  'CreateAServicethread' (Error Code = 4) CCL1048E Error in
  function 'CreateEciEpiThread' (Error Code = 4)

Problem summary

  All users of CICS TG on UNIX platforms.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  If a client application process starts with process ID 47, the
  generated message queue key matches the key that is allocated
  for the Client daemon. This causes the reported error messages
  and applications are no longer able to communicate with the
  Client daemon.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS TG has been changed so that the message queue key that is
  generated for the Client daemon will not be the same as a key
  that is generated for an application process, regardless of the
  application process ID.
