  issued during recovery.
  However, the necessary logs are available for recovery.

  During coupling facility structure recovery persistent messages
  are recovered from the active log backup data set by module
  csqercf2. However the recovery fails with message CSQE022E
  because the coupling facility structure is not large enough to
  contain all the messages in the backup.
  Although CSQE022E is issued validly, it is followed by an
  invalid message CSQE112E, reporting that the recovery failed
  because the required logs could not be read. The necessary logs
  are available for recovery.
  A similar problem can occur when module csqerrpb recovers
  persistent messages from the logs.

Problem conclusion

• Module csqercf2 is updated so that it no longer issues the
  invalid message CSQE112E reported during coupling facility
  structure recovery from the backup.
  A similar change is made to module csqerrpb for structure
