Error description

• IF TOMCAT HAS A CONNECTOR'S PROTOCOL SET TO A VALUE DIFFERENT
  FROM 'HTTP/1.1' THE ANT TASK ENDS WITH A NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION.
  

Local fix

• In the server.xml of Tomcat, set the protocol of the 'Connector'
  element to HTTP/1.1 before running the ant task.
