Error description

• RSV-VAL-0010 Failed to load the report specification.
  XQE-PLN-0001 Internal error. The query could not be planned by
  the Query Service:
  java.lang.NullPointerException
  
  The above error occurs when validating a DQM report containing a
  data item whose expression contains the geospatial function st_x
  or st_y.
  
  If the report is run the following error occurs :
  
  XQE-GEN-0005
  
  Found an internal error:
  java.lang.NullPointerException
  
  If the functions are applied to the query items in Framework
  Manager the expressions test successfully and return data but
  still error in Report Studio.
