APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you have a a component which you generated from a template,
  and which you then copy, the properties on the new component
  will not correctly inherit the template's property values.
  Instead an editable property value overrides the
  template. As a workaround, delete this property so the value is
  inherited from the template again.
  
  The expected behavior is that the new copy would correctly
  inherit the template's property values and they would not be
  editable.
