Error description

• Creating a recurring rule at a specific time every day for
  instance will create the next scheduled deployment on the
  calendar and schedule it for that time. If the recurring rule
  time is changed on the rule, the scheduled deployment on the
  calendar will still be scheduled at the original time instead of
  the new expected time.
