• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When creating a new phase on a lifecycle and adding right away a
  gate to that phase, lots of phases coming from other lifecycle
  gets added to that lifecycle. Refreshing the page will show that
  they are not really persisted on the current lifecycle but if
  any of these phases is edited, it will be now associated to that
  current lifecycle and removed from its real lifecycle parent.
