APAR status

Error description

• Attempting to check in two files simultaneously using rcleartool
  will display that a non-checked out file was both not checked
  out and successfully checked in creating a new version.
  
  This error is seen:
  CRMAP7009: CCRC command "checkin" failed: Error: "Element
  "\vob\test2.txt" is not checked out."
  Checked in "test2.txt" version "/main/2"
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1) Create two elements "test1.txt" and "test2.txt"
  2) Check out only "test1.txt"
  3) Using rcleartool attempt to check in both files
  
  ClearCase will then report that test2.txt" was not checked out
  and was checked in to create a new version. No new version is
  created because the file was not checked out.
  

Local fix

• Attempt to check in only the files that are checked out.
