Error description

apache.exe -t -DDUMP_SSL_CONFIG and -DDUMP_SSL_CIPHERS doesn't
produce output on Microsoft Windows.

* RECOMMENDATION:  Apply this fix if using IBM HTTP Server on  *
*                  Microsoft Windows and you want to be able   *
*                  to use these parms to dump SSL config and   *
*                  cipher info.                                *

On Microsoft Windows, the -DDUMP_SSL_CONFIG and
-DDUMP_SSL_CIPHERS parms do not dump the SSL info as expected.
Dumping the parsed SSL configuration and ciphers in this way was
added to IBM HTTP Server 8.0.0.0.

Problem conclusion

These parms will now dump the SSL config and cipher info when
used on Windows.

This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
- 8.0.0.12
- 8.5.5.8
- (n/a for earlier releases)
