Error description

• DSNKNXT2 took x-commit lock on non-qualified rows for
  islation(CS) and performance would be affected only for
  static sql.

     CREATE INDEX I1 ON T1(C1);
  
     UPDATE T1
     SET C1=1, C2 =1
     WHERE C1>0 AND C2+1>0;
  
     INDEX access is chosen on T1
  

Problem conclusion

• The bindtime code in DB2 is modified to correct the conditions
  leading to the ABEND.
