Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz
  
  An EDIT with property group (order:  Property group/Endevor)
  copybooks may not be found athough the dataset that contains
  the expected dependencies is specified in the SYSLIB.
  
  
  Copybooks should be found in syslib, but if the element that is
  being edited has an element type other than COBOL, PLI, C, or
  CPP then the copybooks that are contained in the external
  dataset that is referenced in the SYSLIB may not be resolved.
  

Local fix

• Make all copybooks/includes managed by Endevor
  

Problem summary

• During Enhanced Edit, with property group (order:  Property
  group/Endevor), copybooks may not be found although the dataset
  that contains the expected dependencies is specified in the
  SYSLIB.
  

Problem conclusion

• The RDz Endevor Enhanced Edit needed to use the Content Type
  when determining the language of the source program.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.1.1.2 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
