PI47071: COBOL V5.1 SIGNATURE INFORMATION BITS INCORRECT FOR DATA(24) IF ALSO COMPILED WITH NORENT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When COBOL V5 program is compiled with DATA(24) and NORENT, the
  Signature Information bits reflect compiler option setting of
  DATA(31) and NORENT. The Options in Effect will correctly show
  DATA(24).
