Rational Change Interim Fix 4 for 5.3.1.1

Error description

• No corporate user is able to login to the admin interface and
  administrate Rational Change when "Dynamic Privileges with
  Project Security" feature is activated

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 5.3.1.1 iFix 004. It requires below steps to
  be followed.
  
  Add the tag
  "[CCM_SYSTEM][LDAP_GROUP_NAMES]admin_group|user_group|group1[/LD
  AP_GROUP_NAMES][/CCM_SYSTEM]" to pt.cfg file. The tag should
  have the groups names that you use in the Change application.
  Group names need to be separated by '|'.
  
  - Delete the cache files from \WEB-INF\wsconfig\tmpdir\
  directory.
  
  - Edit the file "WEB-INF\wsconfig\system\app.properties" to
  provide high value to key
  "ldap.user_group_refresh_interval_mins". This depends on how
  frequently the group members are changed in LDAP/RDS. Good value
  is 300.
