Error description

• The CICS TG Knowledge Center section "CICS Transaction Gateway
  for z/OS 8.0.0>Configuring>Configuring SSL>Configuring to use
  RACF" documents that the CICS TG user ID needs READ access to
  the RACF BPX.FILEATTR.PROGCTL FACILITY class. This is not
  correct.

  user ID to use the OMVS extattr command (to set, reset, and
  display extended attributes for files). The user ID that the
  Gateway daemon runs under does not need this authority.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CICS TG Knowledge Center will be updated to remove the
  reference to READ access to the RACF BPX.FILEATTR.PROGCTL
  FACILITY class for the user ID that the Gateway daemon runs
  under.
