Error description

• An invalid state for a RunComponentProcessActivity, specifically
  a missing ComponentProcess, on a process in a ComponentTemplate
  can result in the inability to run any processes related to the
  template.  Furthermore, the step corresponding to the
  RunComponentProcessActivity cannot be edited in the GUI to get
  out of the bad state.
