  Module CSQXSMFT that collect CHIN statistics in SMF 115 records
  calculates incorrect values in QCTWTTM (request wait time) and
  it sets invalid timestamps in QCTLSTM and QCTLGTM (date/time of
  the longest request in the current SMF collection interval).
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQXSMFT has been changed to calculate and set the correct
  values in the CHIN SMF 115 subtype 231 records.
