Error description
Issue is related to defect COGCQ00777754. In the history tab for that defect there is a note confirming that the problem was addressed by changing the exclude list to solve class loading conflict: As the change was done for TOMCAT only and 10.2.2 has Liberty as default app server, the same change needs to be added to the web.xml for Liberty.
