• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SA would accept typed value for a "FROM_CHOICES_ONLY"
  Definition when using Microsoft Pinyin Input, The value acutally
  should be ListOf or ONEOF the Definitions.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Login to SA and locate a definition with "FROM_CHOICES_ONLY"
  defined
  2.Type under Microsoft Pinyin input (Ctrl+Space to switch
  between pinyin and EN input)
  3. Type some words and "Enter".The first character will be cut
  off , remaining the rest of the words
  4. Click Apply
  5. Click choice for that definition and the value is stored into
  database
