• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you have WebSphere discovery of resources enabled, and you
  createsa new agent resource with default impersonation settings
  set, those settings will not be used for the WebSphere discovery
  process the first time.
  
  When you go to the resource configuration page and click
  "Save" without changing anything, then the discovery process
  will run with the correct impersonation settings.
  

Local fix

• Click "Save" on the resource's configuration page.
