PI45666: INCORRECT LGDBHEAD MAPPING WITH LENGTH 0XL18 WHEN IT SHOULD ACTUALLY BE 0XL24

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Incorrect LGDBHEAD mapping with length 0XL18 when it should be
  0XL24 Also, LOB map entry mapping flag - LMIndPg is not
  documented in DSNDQJ00 and field LGSLSMF is defined with length
  0XL2, but there's no actual 2 bytes of storage allocated.

  define a new flag LGSLIndPg in LGSLSMPL structure to indicate if
  the LOB page was allocated individually or as a part of chunk
  allocation.
  

Problem conclusion

• DSNDQJ00 macro modified to reflect correct mapping for some of
  the DB2 log records.
