You will have issues upgrading IBM UrbanCode Deploy when you have a UCD server that is connected to a Microsoft SQL Server database. The failure is caused by a logon failure when your password contains the dollar sign $ character. To workaround this issue, change your password to not contain a dollar sign $ character.
