Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Configure an Identity Store in RIT 8.6 that has a certificate
  required to do a test connection to a server
  
  2. Do a test connection to the server
  
  3. Confirm the test connection works
  
  4. Upgrade RIT to 8.7
  
  5. Do a test connection to the server
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The test connection works because the valid certificate was
  returned
  
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  
  The test connection fails because the valid certificate was not
  returned
  
  WORKAROUND:
  None
