  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After PI39061/UI28799 is applied,       *
  *                      there is the potential for the          *
  *                      following abends:                       *
  *                       - ABEND04E RC00E70005 in               *
  *                         DSNXEFDA:M500 occurs for EXPLAIN of  *
  *                         an SQL statement.                    *
  *                       - When subsystem parameter ACCELMODEL  *
  *                         is YES, the following DB2 abends     *
  *                         possible when the FROM clause        *
  *                         specifies a                          *
  *                         data-change-table-reference:         *
  *                         (1) ABEND0C4 RC00000038 in           *
  *                         DSNIBNRF+0AB2                        *
  *                         (2) ABEND0C4 RC00000038 in           *
  *                         DSNISRTI+4C50                        *
  *                         For this problem other abends are    *
  *                         possible.                            *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the corrective PTF when it is          *

  After PI39061 / UI28799 is applied, there is a potential for
  the following abends:
   - ABEND04E RC00E70005 in DSNXEFDA :M500 to occur for EXPLAIN
     of an SQL statement or when using BIND option
     EXPLAIN(YES/ONLY) when an invalid pointer is used and
     garbage data is picked up.
   - When subsystem parameter ACCELMODEL is YES, the following
     abends are possible when the FROM clause specifies a
     data-change-table-reference:
      (1) ABEND0C4 RC00000038 in DSNIBNRF+0AB2
      (2) ABEND0C4 RC00000038 in DSNISRTI+4C50
     For this problem other abends are possible. Also a REBIND
     is necessary after applying this PTF.
