Error description

• When you are touching a file in an IBM Rational ClearCase
  dynamic view in version 8.0.1.x or later on SUSE Linux, you may
  find that the time appears to be backwards for the second time
  you touched the file:

Problem conclusion

• The way the IBM Rational ClearCase MVFS filesystem validates and
  sets time-stamps was improved. Additionally, the resolution of
  view private files time-stamps will never be better than the
  resolution of the view storage file-system.
