Error description

• Application can install and run only once. Subsequent runs hang
  the app on start-up.
  It is caused by a corrupted Cordova plug-in file -
  'FileWriter.js' that is being generated by IBM MobileFirst
  Platform Foundation.
  
  At the top of the file are hidden characters causing syntax
  errors:
  "invalid characters"

Problem conclusion

• Problem is fixed by removing invalid character from file and
  repackage it. Could be caused by saving the file in
  in-compatible editors.
