  *                      DSNGDCP2 DSNSVSFB +08C6                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  After applying PTF UI18155/UI18156 (PI16851), creating a
  database may corrupt DBD 2 and the above abends may be
  encountered afterwards.
  
  A problem during acquiring a DBID in the CREATE DATABASE path
  was exposed after applying UI18155/UI18156.
  As a result a user DBD could be incorrectly written out to
  DBD 2.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been changed to correctly write out
  DBD 2.
