PI45174: LASTUSED COLUMN STILL NULL WHILE REORGINDEXACCESS COUNTER IS INCREASING

• Identified that in SYSINDEXSPACESTATS the LASTUSED column is not
  updated (still NULL) while REORGINDEXACCESS counter is
  increasing (>0)

  *                      (via field REORGINDEXACCESS of catalog  *
  *                      table SYSINDEXSPACESTATS ).             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  DB2 Real Time Statistice will count the number of times that the
  index was used for SELECT, FETCH, searched UPDATE, searched
  DELETE, or used to enforce referential integrity constraints.
  
  Prior to this fix, DB2 count redundant number of times when DB2
  is deleting an index entry. So the field REORGINDEXACCESS of
  catalog table SYSINDEXSPACESTATS is mismatching the factual
  situations that an index was used.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been modified to make sure that deleting index
  entry will not be counted by the the online statistice process.
