Error description

• The following errors are returned when assembling ZPARM for
  MQ V8 CSQ6SYSP using EXITTCB=30. The job fails with a CC12,
  ASMA092E Substring expression 1 points past string end;
  default=null
  ASMA254I *** MNOTE ***  12,ACELIM MUST BE IN RANGE 0-999999
  ASMA254I *** MNOTE ***   4,ERROR FOUND IN PARAMETERS
  .
  The problem will occur if EXITTCB value has more than 2 digits.
  .
  Using EXITTCB=8 works fine or a single digit value works fine.
  

Local fix

• Use a single digit value for EXITTCB.
