Error description

• The following documentation inconsistencies need to be
  addressed.

  states:
  
  "Parallel notification occurs during the following operations"
  
  Then it lists many operations including the CLI and GUI
  operations which are the topic of this escalation. It does not
  state that there are different types of parallel notification
  (for example - 'Merge Candidates' and 'Objects in Parallel'),
  therefore, the implication is that the notification is the same
  for all operations.
  
  
  2. The documentation also states:
  "Parallel notification shows all unmerged checked-in parallel
  versions of objects, except for the versions that are excluded
  with the parallel_exclude_rules setting."
  
  This is not true. Where the default out of the box settings for
  parallel_exclude_rules are in place, the notification also
  includes leaf nodes which are in a non static state in the
  dialog 'Objects in Parallel'.

  Following the procedure on an object to right click and select
  'Show Parallels', the document states:
  "The Parallels dialog box shows the parallels and the merge
  candidates."
  
  This is not true. It only displays the Merge Candidates in the
  dialog 'Merge Candidates for <OBJECT>'.
