Error description
When you are in an IBM Rational ClearCase dynamic view and cd'd into the vob tag, you may receive an error when running the net use M: command in a view/vob context. For example: M:\bview\bvob>net use M: System error 67 has occurred. The network name cannot be found. This does not occur if you run from the C:\drive: C:\>net use M: Local name M: Remote name \\view\ Resource type Disk The command completed successfully This does not occur if you run the vommand from the M:\drive: M:\>net use M: Local name M: Remote name \\view\ Resource type Disk The command completed successfully. This does not occur if you run the command from M:\view context M:\bview>net use M: Local name M: Remote name \\view\bview Resource type Disk The command completed successfully.

Problem conclusion
Some system commands rely on the full DOS drive pathname syntax, and a problem with the formation of this path within a dynamic view context was fixed in ClearCase 8.0.1.10.
