  for SSH/TLS is incorrect and outdated. jetty.xml syntax has
  changed
  
  Where the docs mention the parameters...
  
  <Call name="addListener">  Jety now uses <Call
  name="addConnection">
  
  Also jetty-ssh.xml is included in the start.ini for jetty.
  Perhaps the recommended changes should he in this file
