APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Scanning COBOL files with FETCH NEXT syntax causes DMH3801E
  error message.  Compiler-based scanner may also produce
  DMH1921E message.
  Scanning same code may also produce AES1004E message when using
  Proprietary scanner.
  

Local fix

• none known unless COBOL source is modified
  

Problem summary

• When parsing COBOL code with SQL FETCH syntax, check was just
  for ROWSET
  

Problem conclusion

• RAA code was changed so that if the next token is ROWSET or
  IDENTIFIER or FROM, it should be treated as NEXT, not
  IDENTIFIER.
