PI44115: ADDING A CHILD RESOURCE TO A TEAM WITHOUT ADDING ITS PARENT DOES NOT LOAD THE CHILD IN TEAM OBJECT MAPPINGS TABLE

Error description

• If you add a child of a resource to a team before adding the
  parent to the resource, the child will not be displayed in the
  Team Object Mappings table.
  Adding the parent afterwards makes the child load normally.
  
  Reproduction Steps
  1. Have a group resource with a child agent resource
  
  2. Map _only_ the child agent resource to a team
  
  3. Note that the resource does not appear
  
  4. Map _only_ the parent group resource to the same team
  
  5. Note that both the parent group resource and its child agent
  resource are now visible
  

Local fix

• Manually add the parents to the team.
