Error description

• When a CQWeb user runs certain very large or complex queries the
  CQRPC process crashes.  If the query is too complex, CQ Web
  should fail more gracefully and should not crash the cqrpc
  process.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.12 and 9.0.0.2
  If a lengthy SQL query is run in ClearQuest against Oracle, it
  will no longer crash the process regardless of its size.  If the
  query is large enough that it causes an "Oracle Connection is
  Dead" server error, the user will be warned appropriately and
  the database connection will be re-established.
