APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In a new Studio project the content of worklight.properties is
  duplicated. As if the file is composed from concatenating two
  worklight.properties.
  While a user can edit a property at the top of the file, it will
  be overriden later by the same key define in the 2nd part of the
  worklight.properties.
  

Local fix

• A simple workaround is to go to the middle of
  worklight.properties file and delete all lines till the end of
  file.
  This will make every key=value in that file unique again.
